Successful as ever – with fresh momentum:
The ISM Cologne, the world’s leading trade fair for confectionery and snacks, once again proved its strength in 2025. With over 1,500 exhibitors from 70 countries and around 32,000 trade visitors from 135 nations, the event reached new records.
While beloved classics of the sweets industry remain ever-present, the show is increasingly shaped by innovation: protein snacks, vegetable and fruit bars, reduced-sugar creations, and sustainable, functional products drew strong attention. New concepts such as Lab5 by ISM and the newly introduced Sweet Week enriched the trade fair experience with themed areas, networking platforms, and trend showcases.
In this way, ISM successfully combines tradition with modern ambition – remaining a driving force for innovation and market development in the global confectionery and snack industry.

For ISM Cologne, we designed – alongside Treets, Carambar, and Choviva – a vibrant and eye-catching 60 m² exhibition stand for Hitschies, perfectly reflecting the colorful personality of the brand. Neon tubes, illuminated logos, plexiglass boxes filled with candy, and a pink bar area ensured maximum visibility. The highlight was a “Secret Room” featuring an interactive product presentation with a buzzer and Mission Impossible-style light effects. The stand also included meeting rooms, a photo booth, kitchen, candy bar, and slush ice station – a true trade fair playground that captivated visitors and brought the brand to life.
